Everything is built here at our facility in the Mount Washington Valley.
We sell direct to independent retailers with no minimum order size and flat $7 s/h per order!
Dogs can be hard on stuff.
That's why Lupine® products are Guaranteed (Even if Chewed)®.
We will replace any incidental damage, including chewing mistakes!
But if you want to be the hero, and gain a customer for life, we'll support that too! Here's how it works:
1. Replace the customer's damaged item.
2. Use the postage-paid label we provide to return it to us.
3. We will immediately credit your Lupine account for the cost of the returned piece.
If you don't have the piece to exchange, or if for any reason you prefer not to make the replacement, the consumer can mail the damaged
item to us for a prompt replacement which we'll mail directly to them.
